Arnaud van Dijk is Head of ESG for KPMG in the Cayman Islands, and KPMG Islands Group, where he leads KPMG’s regional ESG strategy and service delivery across multiple island jurisdictions. Arnaud brings extensive experience, having spent 20 years working across Europe, North America, and the Caribbean.

Arnaud specializes in sustainability and sustainable finance, with extensive expertise in strategy, climate change, development finance, impact investing, and reporting and disclosures. Over his career, Arnaud has advised leading corporations, governments, regulators, financial institutions, and large non-profit organizations on sustainability risks and opportunities, helping them drive long-term value.

Locally, Arnaud actively contributes to ESG initiatives and working groups, including Cayman Finance’s The Cayman Sustainable Finance Series. He is Chair of the ESG Committee of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA). He holds a Master’s in Business and Society Management (Sustainability) from the Rotterdam School of Management (2005).
