Maxine is Of Counsel in Maples and Calder’s Trusts & Private Client team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office.  She specialises in advising the world’s leading banks and trust companies and private individuals on the establishment and ongoing administration of Cayman Islands trusts, including unit trusts, pension and employee benefit trusts and charitable trusts. Maxine is a leader in the use of private trust companies and all matters concerning the licensing, registration and operation of private trust companies. She also regularly advises clients on wills and the administration of estates. Maxine also provides training for corporate trustees on practical trusts management and is the chair of STEP Cayman.
