Samuel has been advising the Cayman Islands Government on digital asset regulation, AML policy, and financial services reform for the last 7 years. He led the creation, drafting, and implementation of Cayman’s Virtual Asset regulatory Law, including the most recent amendment introducing licences to the framework. He brings his deep knowledge of global regulatory standards and inside-knowledge of government policy to today’s innovators.
