Mr. Rossiter is a Partner of Harmonic Fund Services, joining the firm in 2005 and responsible for multiple engagement teams globally that provide fund administration, outsourced operations and technology to a cross-section of institutional asset managers including hedge funds, fund of funds, private credit and equity funds, private banks, pension funds, private wealth investment advisors and family offices.  Harmonic was founded and is headquartered in Grand Cayman, and has a global footprint with offices in Toronto, Geneva, Dublin, Luxembourg and Shanghai.

Prior to joining Harmonic Mr. Rossiter worked as Financial and Operations Manager of Highbridge Capital Corporation, as a Hedge Fund Accountant at Goldman Sachs, and progressively senior positions in audit, consulting and corporate finance at Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, where he began his career.

In addition to his primary role at Harmonic, Mr. Rossiter is also Vice-Chair of the Alternative Investment Managers Association (AIMA) Cayman Islands, immediate past Chair and current board member of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association (CIFAA), board member of the Cayman Islands Cancer Society (CICS), founder of health focused charity Movember Cayman Islands, former National Coach of the Cayman Islands XV Rugby Union team and a former board member of the CFA Society of the Cayman Islands.

Mr. Rossiter is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a graduate of The University of Western Australia, holding a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, Accounting, with a minor in Money, Banking and Financial Markets (Economics).
