Adrian Lynch joined Artex in February 2020 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for North America, Bermuda & Cayman. Adrian joined from Aon where he had spent the previous 8 years running the Aon Cayman Captive Management and Brokerage operations. Allied to that he co-led Aons’ Global Alternative Risk Healthcare Consulting group as well as serving as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas for Aon’s Captive group business. From 2007-2013 Adrian was founding Chairman and CEO of his own Private placement life insurance company having sold same in 2013. From 1998 -2001 he worked in the Cayman Islands as an Underwriter for IRMG – An Aon Company and from 2001 -2007 he was North American Director of Business Development for Aons Alternative Risk business and based in NYC. He is currently Chairman of Aran Reinsurance Company Cayman Ltd.

A Graduate of Insurance & Risk Management of University of Limerick, Ireland , and University College Dublin Smurfit Business school – Corporate Governance, Adrian is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute London, and the Institute of Directors Ireland. He is approved and Regulated in Cayman & Bermuda by CIMA and BMA respectively. He has Chaired the Special Olympics in Cayman since 2013 and is married with five children.
