Brandon Caruana is the co-founder and CEO of both Tenet Bank and Cartan Group, a full service web3 consultancy. He is an accomplished IT leader, specialised in the financial services industry, having built numerous multi-million-dollar technology projects for several Cayman-based banks and trusts. Brandon is an advisor to the Cayman Islands Government and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, a founding member of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands, and a co-founder and board member of Code(Cayman), a non-profit organisation dedicated to technology-focused education.
