Chris is a Director in PwC’s Advisory business, specializing incorporate finance(M&A)and quite diversely he also leads the People & Organisation service line.

Chris’ experience covers several jurisdictions over 15+ years. During this time he has helped companies in the offshore financial sector steer their way through the ever-changing landscape of the industry. Solving complex people issues features in this remit and he is often sought out to provide guidance on structure, inclusion, compensation, hiring and integration of technology and teams.

At the heart of most M&A transactions comes people and relationships and Chris’ expertise in recognizing opportunities for both have led to PwC’s establishment of a sort after corporate finance practice in Cayman.

As a qualified HR practitioner holding both the GPHR and SHRM-SCP, he has been the conference Co Chair & Chair for several of Cayman’s biggest HR events and a past president of the Cayman Islands HR Society. He holds several board appointments for other charities and is a supporter of the Guatemala Literacy Project. He is also the immediate past President of the Rotary Club Grand Cayman 2023/24.
