Doug Spencer is the Founder of MonetaForge, a CIMA Registered VASP.  He is also the Founder of Xenia, a Cayman registered company since 2009. With over 30 years at IBM, holding executive roles within IBM Software, Doug has a broad range of experience in technology, banking, investments, finance, and blockchain. He has also authored several published books and produced videos on IBM software.
