John Pridjian has 30 years of experience as a CFO and former partner with Deloitte and Sidley Austin. He was a partner with Old Peak Group, a highly successful Soros Management spin-off hedge fund and Family Office where he managed finance and risk. During his career, John raised over $1 billion in investment fund equity, and raised and managed debt facilities several times larger.  Recently, John co-founded Exponential Age Asset Management with Raoul Pal, and focuses on digital asset investments, blockchain technologies and developing Expaam’s community.

John holds a CPA, is a member of the State Bar of California and served on numerous investment fund and public company boards of directors.
