Adam Lovett is Head of Funds at Travers Thorp Alberga and has over 25 years’ experience as a corporate and investment funds lawyer. He specializes in advising emerging managers and institutional sponsors on the formation, structuring, management and administration of all forms of closed-ended investment funds across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and other strategies, and advising corporates in connection with joint ventures, structured preferred equity capital raises and employee share plan and incentive schemes.
