Joanne is Ogier’s Global Head of Investment Funds. She has been named one the 50 Leading Women in Private Markets 2025, joining an elite group of individuals recognised for their leadership and influence in private equity. 

Joanne leads Ogier’s investment funds team from the Cayman Islands. She advises hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds, top tier investment managers, PE sponsors, spin-off and start-up managers on complex fund structuring matters, fund launches, all manner of ongoing legal and regulatory compliance and termination. She also runs an LP advisory practice and is a highly sought after fund regulatory expert, advising the full range of fund administrators and fund service providers on legal and regulatory compliance.
