Jonathan is the lead engineer pioneering AI adoption across Autonomous and the GSR Group, one of the most recognized companies in digital asset across offshore operations, market makers and capital markets. Jonathan is at the forefront of designing enterprise-grade AI tools across trading, back office, and operations focusing on the governance of agentic AI automation and the enablement for both technical and business users. Scaled across a global multi-disciplinary company, Jonathan has saved thousands of hours across the business and empowered employees with insights previously inaccessible. Previously, Jonathan worked with Cayman-based investment managers, automating end-to-end trading pipelines and conducting quantitative research optimizing existing AI models. 
 
Jonathan holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Design Engineering with an AI/ML specialization from the University of Waterloo, and recently passed the CFA Level 2 exam.
