Ola Mohajer is the Founder and CEO of Transcend, an AI company building decision-support technology for peace, national security, and geopolitical risk. Her work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, diplomacy, and statecraft, with a focus on how emerging technologies can strengthen strategic analysis and decision-making in complex political environments. 
 
An award-winning practitioner, Ola brings 15 years of experience across government, the United Nations, and policy institutions, working on conflict prevention, stabilization, and diplomacy across Africa and the Middle East. She has advised senior decision-makers, led complex analytical and strategy initiatives, and worked at the intersection of policy, operations, and data. 
 
Ola holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. A former refugee and war survivor, she brings a deeply personal perspective to questions of how AI can be deployed responsibly in high-stakes environments where decisions carry real human consequences.
