Effective 1 July 2021, Reisan Moiten was appointed Deputy Head of the Fiduciary Services Division. In this role,she manages the divisionʼs day‑to‑day onsite and offsite operations, supports the Head of Division, and provides direct guidance to Chief Analysts and team members. She oversees licensing, registration, monitoring, and enforcement processes for trust companies, company managers, and corporate service providers, ensuring adherence to relevant acts, regulations, and regulatory guidelines.

Mrs. Moiten brings extensive financial services experience, having held senior management roles with well‑established private‑sector providers. Her expertise spans company administration, fiduciary services management, directorship, and registered office services across diverse multinational client portfolios.

She is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and holds a Master of Science in Management Studies (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, where she received the Academic Directorʼs Prize for Best Performance. She is also a member of the Cayman Islands DirectorsʼAssociation and a licensed Notary Public.
