Tim Rossiter is Chair of AIMA Cayman and founder of Interesting Things Advisory, where he works with founders, boards and investors on governance, growth and risk. 

He spent eighteen years as a Partner of Harmonic Fund Services, helping build it from a five-person start-up into a global fund administrator with more than four hundred staff across seven offices. He is a past Chair of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association, and Executive Chair and co-founder of Lodestone AI, which develops sustainable data infrastructure for AI and blockchain workloads. 

He has worked the manager, administrator, board and technology sides of the funds industry. He is a CFA charterholder and a chartered accountant by background.
